Through our engineer partner, we serve as the owner’s designated engineer with respect to all monitoring aspects of your project. This service may include reviewing and analyzing survey control data, crack gauge data, and vibration data, during demolition, excavation and foundation phases of your project in accordance with the monitoring plan. Included in this service is a specified number of site visits, immediate response to any exceedences and a plan on how to proceed. A report including any or all data from your project can be generated and distributed at a predetermined frequency. All of the above services are customizable to fit your project’s needs.
